Terms of Service for MC Texture-pack GPT

By accessing and using the MC Texture-pack GPT website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use the Site.

1. Service Description

MC Texture-pack GPT provides web access to a texture generator for Minecraft. You can use the Site to generate custom textures for use in Minecraft.

2. User Account

Free users can not use the generated images or any derivatives for commercial purposes.

To use the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

3. Payment

If you choose to use paid features of the Site, you will be required to pay a fee. All fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the fees or billing methods at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• Use the Site to upload or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful computer code.

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any abusive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Ownership

All content on the Site, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MC Texture-pack GPT and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Although the generated images for payed users (own a commercial license through the premium plans by default) are free to use in any circumstance with the exception of training another ai.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the Site or the results obtained from using the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MC Texture-pack GPT be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the inability to use the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MC Texture-pack GPT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms of Service.
